Terms of use

Last updated September 25, 2026. These terms govern use of the Skovos Governance connector operated by Haver AI Inc., doing business as Skovos.

• Access. Use requires an access code issued to your organization. Keep it confidential; you are responsible for use under your code.
• Acceptable use. Do not submit protected health information or other patient identifiers, attempt to access another organization's data, or disrupt the service.
• No medical advice. The connector records governance decisions. It does not diagnose, treat or make clinical decisions.
• Evidence. Evidence exports follow a self-declared OVERT-style profile and are not a certification or conformance claim.
• Availability. The service is provided as is during this early-access period, without warranties, and may change.
• Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Skovos is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the connector.
